Tuition and Fees

• Tuition fee: HK $30,000

  Excludes meals, transportation, visa application and others

• Accommodation: HK $250/night

  Only applicable for the period of the summer programme

• Visa application and administrative charges: HK $440​

 

Student Visa

Entry Requirement

Applicants should have completed at least 1 year of undergraduate clinical studies in a healthcare related discipline from a recognized institute or equivalent. To fully appreciate the teaching of the programme, applicants should have a fundamental knowledge of the English language. To ensure the quality of teaching and adequate class interaction, a quota of students will be set and eligible students will be accepted on first-come-first-serve basis.​

 

Timeline

• Application Deadline: 15 March 2019 (Friday)
   

• Acceptance Confirmation: 27 March 2019 (Wednesday)
   

• Payment Deadline: 12 April 2019 (Friday)​
   

• Check in​: 21 July 2019 (Sunday)

The programme will start on Monday.

Students will be given their Welcome Pack and accommodation keys on Sunday to settle down in their assigned rooms. A welcome dinner will be hosted in the evening by the directors and faculty staff, to allow participants the chance to get acquainted with each other.
 

• Check out​: 11 August 2019 (Sunday)

The programme will end on Saturday.​

Participants must check out of their rooms before 10 AM on the next day Sunday.

Application Form

Application is to be submitted to Ms Kathy Chan of our Office of Global Engagement at kathychan@cuhk.edu.hk, together with all of the following:

1. Completed Application Form;

2. Passport copy;

3. Copy of an official transcript of academic record showing courses taken.

 

Applications will not be processed until the above mentioned items have ALL been received.

 

Note: Information of insurance coverage is to be submitted upon acceptance of your application.​

Details on payment, accommodation, visa application and other logistics will be provided upon acceptance of your application.

 

​A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the programme. This is awarded to students who have attended at least 80% of the classes and passed their assessment.
